New graduates will enter a three-year program designed to develop skilled and competent drilling engineers capable of delivering diverse, modern solutions in well engineering. You will be mentored through the program by experienced and knowledgeable advisors and trained using diverse modules. You will take accountability at an early stage for significant capital expenditures as well as develop your skills in project management, cost control, supply chain, contracting and tendering processes, geology, legal, HSSE and business and petroleum economics. If you are interested, international travel opportunities are an option. A Masters in Drilling and Well Engineering can be incorporated into the training program if you are interested in making the commitment to external study.
